Database Backup Failed
Hey guys,
I'm constantly getting this message. Chrome extension and App are up to date.
Using Dropbox sync. Other user account is fine with the same setup on the same Mac Book.

The only caveat I have is the image you added shows the 1Password 3 app and the link above is to the 1Password 4 app. Could you please verify you are indeed using 1Password 3 ?
If you are I will move this topic to the 1Password 3 forums.

I am having the same problem. I get the same icon, but I am using 1password 5 ....

Hi @KennyL,
It sounds like you may have some leftovers from 1Password 3 on your system.
Please give this a try:
Open Finder and under the Go menu select: Go to Folder…
Enter this text and click Go:
~/Library/LaunchAgents
From the Finder window that opens, delete this file:
ws.agile.1PasswordAgent.plist
Select Go > Go to Folder… again and enter:
~/Library/Application Support/1Password
From the Finder window, delete this folder:
Agent
Empty Trash and restart your Mac.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know whether that works or not.
