How to get refund?

Last week purchased 1password for MacBook Pro.

1 Iphone 5S running IOS 8 (would need to purchase 1password)
1 Iphone 4S running IOS 7 1password ver 3.7.2
1 MacBook with latest 1password version

Want to sync all but do not want to upgrade Iphone 4S to IOS 8. Since they do not work together how do I get a refund?
