Cannot Sync

Done everything as instructed
set up iCloud on MAC
into iPhone 6 - IOS 8.02
Screen on iPhone shows:
Sync Service - iCloud
Syncing..... shows it is doing something but not doing anything
Last Sync ...... a minute ago
items...........112

I was aiming to have an entry on 1Password in MAC to show in the iPhone
DOES NOT APPEAR
Why?
Any ideas?
