Missing data

Thanks for this product! I am using 1P5. All looks good between my Mac (Yosemite) and iPad and iPhone 6 (both OS8)...except that not all data (logins) are syncing fomr my Mac. They are there in the vault on my Mac...but only two of them synced to my iPad and iPhone. Can you help? I am syncing over the cloud...but have tried wifi as well.

    Good afternoon, @Mjbarber. Sorry for the trouble you're running into syncing your data. The first question I would ask is, are you using 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store? Also, just to be clear, you have upgraded to 1Password 5 on your Mac as well, correct?

    I'm using 1 Password 5 for Mac from the web store. Wifi syncing seems to be working.

    Glad to hear WiFi sync is working. iCloud sync requires the Mac App Store version of the application for Mac.
