1Password 4 to 5 upgrade - store problem

I want to upgrade my 4 version to 5 version of 1Password for Mac and Windows, but when I put the licence key in the store, it says that I'm able to upgrade the licence, but the "select"button is disabled, therefore I cannot purchase.

What can I do?

    I imagine you're talking about the AgileBits store. If so, you'll be pleased to know the upgrade from 1P4 to 1P5 is free. 1P5 should recognise your old 1P4 licence. All you need to do is to download 1P5 from AgileBits.

    Thank you for the reply. I had to download the license file to solve fix it. Not its OK.
