iCloud sync not working on iPhone, but is on iPad
Running latest OS on Mac (10.10 Yosemite) and latest IOS (8.0.2) on both iphone 4s and iPad.
1Password latest version on Mac (5.0 from App store) and latest versions (5.1) on IOS devices.
Sync will happily occur between iPad and Mac, but since moving to icloud sync, I cannot get the phone to sync at all with 1P.
Any suggestions?

I have this same issue. The iPad version 5.0 will sync with iCloud, but when I try to do the same on the iPhone with version 5.0, pressing the iCloud option in the Sync section does nothing. I've tried reinstalling and erasing all iCloud data (basically all the suggestions from the FAQ), but still to no avail.
For now I'm have to sync over WiFi with the iPhone...
For the record, I have an iPhone 5s and an iPad Air with a 2010 iMac running Yosemite.
Thanks in advance for any advice/help/updates.

Good evening, folks. If you open the Settings.app on your iPhones that are not syncing properly and tap on iCloud, make sure that iCloud Drive is On. Let me know how this works out for you and if there's anything else I can do to help.

Yes, iCloud Drive is On... and I have also tried deleting the 1P data in iCloud and then resyncing and various other attempts. In each case I had no problems with the iPad and Mac, but the iPhone still didn't work.
Eventually I turned the phone on and off. Still no change.. so I sort of put it aside. I happened to plug my phone into the computer and connect to iTunes (and did a backup for other reasons).... and when I unplugged the phone and did another sync test....IT WORKED.
I have continued to test across all three devices - and things are still working. HOWEVER.... I do find that that there can be a lengthy delay with iCloud (up to 20 mins) before the Sync actually occurs on the IOS devices. Is this an Apple iCloud issue or does 1P have any input in this??
I have also found that quitting out of 1P on the devices and then opening again sometimes seems to 'activate' the sync... (not sure if this is purely lucky timing or whether it actually is doing something.)

I'm also having issues with the 1password iCloud syncing. My Mac 1password Yosemite 10.10 has no problems connecting to iCloud. But the iPhone 6 plus and IOS 8.1 is complaining that the iCloud is not available, and the account status cannot be determined. I check the setting and iCloud is on and signup to my appleID. I even turn it off on both IOS and Mac, deleted data set the sync back to iCloud. IOS still complains. What am I missing that not setup?

@ooman1029 I'm sorry for the trouble that you're running into here. Just so I can be clear, are the errors you're seeing in 1Password or the iOS settings app?

I still can't sync with iCloud via my iPhone 5s running iOS 8, and it's been a week now with no solid answers on this thread.
As mentioned, I have gone through all possible fixes in the FAQ (turning iCloud Drive on and off, erasing all 1P data and re-syncing, uninstalling 1P and reinstalling, etc.) I keep receiving a message within 1P when I try to turn on iCloud sync stating the 'iCloud Drive is Not Available - iCloud account status cannot be determined at this time. Please check iCloud Drive status in Settings'.
I can wifi sync, of course, but iCloud sync SHOULD work as smoothly as it did before. Help please. Thanks in advance.

@yourdigitaldave Sorry for the continued trouble you're having. We're going to need you to send in a diagnostic report so we can see exactly what's happening with your setup. Please try to enable iCloud syncing one more time, dismiss the error that appears, and then go to Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Email Diagnostics to send us a support email. Please CC me in on that message so I can track it, mrrooni@agilebits.com.
