Master Password won't sync (iCloud), logins won't sync either

I have the MAS app and the iOS app. I have Yosemite and iOS 8. My master password has never sync'd between the mac app and the iOS one (I changed it on the mac app once) and the only way for me to get the logins to sync is to delete and reinstall the iOS app.
Please help.

Am I understanding correctly that now that you've reinstalled the app, things are syncing correctly?
