Thanks for sending this in. 1Password 4 has a few visual issues like this when running on Yosemite (if I'm not mistaken, those are the Yosemite close/minimize/zoom buttons). We recommend upgrading to 1Password 5 as it's a free update and built specifically for Yosemite.
