Move item out of the trash?

I accidentally moved a login file into the trash. I have tried to drag it into the proper folder but nothing seems to happen.

How do I get it out of Trash and back where it belongs?

    If you're using 1P5 select the item in the Trash and click on the Restore button at the bottom left of the pane.
