1PasswordAnywhere "Decryption Failed" Error on Primary Vault

I'm using 1Password 4.4.3 on Mavericks. I'm syncing with Dropbox. I tried to open my primary vault in Safari and no items will decrypt. I just get an error that "decryption failed" for each item I try to view. This only happens with my primary vault. Secondary vaults work fine. Has anyone had this issue?

    I'm sorry that 1PasswordAnywhere is failing to decrypt 1Password data that's syncing with your primary vault through Dropbox. In order to suggest how to this that we'd like to know a few more details about your 1Password ecosystem:

    Are you opening that keychain from the Dropbox website or from the local Dropbox folder? Is it currently being synced/shared with any other computers or devices? And does the primary vault in 1Password on your Mac have an accurate, up-to-date copy of data that could be used to rebuild the keychain in Dropbox?
