Add 1P to FF

How do I reinstall 1P extension on FF? I had 1P v3 on my Mac. Had to delete it as the new 1P v4 required. Now I have 1P v5 on my mac it works with Safari and Chrome. How do I put the 1P v5 back on FF?

    The easiest way is to run FF (making sure you're using the latest version) and then, in 1P5, go to 1P5 > Install Browser Extensions... Alternatively go to this page to see and download any browser extension for 1P5.
