Hi,

I see my birthday twice (once in my own language and again in English)

(see red contours)

Strange non?

  • That is strange. I take it you didn't enter your birthdate twice for this identity, correct? Where did you initially create this item?

No only once in my own language. Created in 1P for Windows, latest version.

  • In that case I would delete the English version on your iOS device and then verify that your information matches between iOS and Windows after a sync.

Sorry, I have to correct myself slightly:

It was entered in English (duh... English version of 1P for Windows)

In iOS the extra field in Dutch is shown as extra.
There never was a seperate record, problem is about 1 synced record.

  • Just so I understand, in 1Password for Windows you only see one birthdate, but on iOS you see two? If that's the case I would delete the birthdate entry in 1Password for Windows, wait for it to sync to 1Password for iOS, and then add the birthdate again in Windows. I would be interested to know if that clears the problem up.

Sorry, did not have time to let you know.
Issue got resolved by replacing the entry.
Probably a syncing issue or something along those lines.
    Thank you,

  • Thanks for the feedback, lexvis!
