My Safari extensions are set to update automatically, and I assume that is happening. I've tried to verify that but I haven't found the latest version posted anywhere on the agilebits website. It's probably there, but if not It would be helpful if were shown on the 1P Extensions page (with the big green install button) or some other appropriate place.

The current version of the 1Password browser extension is 4.2.5, so you're up to date. :)
