    Hi @khad,

    I am having the same issue but with Spain set in the region field of my Mac for language and region. I change language format to English and I could enter the expiry date data correctly but of course it is not comfortable because I need my Mac to be in Spanish most of the time. I am running Yosemite and version 5.0 (500019) which I just purchased on the store.

    Can you please help.
