Just purchased Mac + Windows License, what else do I need to purchase?

I probably should've of posted here before I purchased, but I have an android phone, iPad, MBP that also runs Windows. So, I purchased the Mac + Windows license and my android trial is going to expire tomorrow. I didn't realize that the mobile would be separate purchases, so do I have to purchase 1Password for Android and iOS?
