Using 1Password with iPhone 4 and Windows 7

I'm using 1Password 3.7 on iPhone4 running iOS 7.1.2 and 1Password Ver. 1.0.9.342 on two Windows 7 computers.
iPhone 4 is not syncing anymore through Dropbox.
Upgrading to iOS 8 is not an option, as my iPhone 4 would probably crash.
Is there a solution? Can I Upgrade to 1Password 4?

    Hi @cedarshake2012‌

    Unfortunately unless you had already purchased 1Password 4 for iOS prior to the release of v5 you will no longer be able to purchase/download it.

    The iPhone 4 cannot upgrade to iOS 8 (it isn't compatible), so a new phone would be required.
