Vault not syncing to some macs through Dropbox

I've got a secondary vault setup for work. It's syncing to some macs through dropbox, but not others. It's also not syncing to the iphone. It seems like dropbox is all synced up, so I can't figure out why this might not be working. Any tips?

    @aaronjofa‌ Hi there! Have you added the vault to the other Macs and the iOS device?

    On Mac, open 1Password 5 for Mac and click 1Password > Switch Vault. Is the desired vault shown in the list? If not, go to the agilekeychain file for that vault in Dropbox and double click it to add it. On the other hand, if the vault is shown in the list, switch to that vault and then click 1Password > Preferences > Sync and make sure the sync preferences for that vault are hooked up to that agilekeychain file.

    On iOS, go to 1Password > Settings > Vaults > Add Vault to add a vault from Dropbox.
