1Password 5 for iOS Not Syncing with Dropbox

In 1P5 and iOS 8.1, when I press "Sync Now", nothing happens, and "Sync Now" reappears. The details show that the last sync as 13 days ago. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have any items on your iOS device that have not synced yet? If not please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and re-setting up Dropbox sync:
