Merge Mismatch

I have 205-odd entries on my iPhone and 172 entries in Dropbox and, when I do get sync to work, those extra entries are not added to Dropbox. So, if I use 1P Anywhere, for example, those items are not listed. What do I do?

Good morning, @hot_guitar‌. Sorry for the trouble you're having here. One thing you could try is to reset your sync setup and push your iPhone data up to Dropbox.

Are you using 1Password on a Mac or a PC?

Thanks, @hot_guitar. The first thing I'd suggest doing is backing up your data. On Mac this happens automatically, but on iOS you'll need to follow these instructions:

Then I'd suggest attempting a WiFi sync to sync your data between your Mac and iOS device:

Once you get all of your data identical on both devices please try uninstalling the iOS app, reinstalling it, and re-setting up Dropbox sync.
