I would like to get a refund for 1Password for Mac. Is that possible?

    Where did you buy it from? If you bought from the Mac App Store refunds are administered only by Apple, so you have to deal direct with Apple. If you bought from the AgileBits store AgileBits will handle it for you.

    Of course, if there's any problem anyone can help you with, in using 1P, you'll find a lot of friendly help on this forum. :)

    I just wanted to chime in here. As @Stephen_C says, we are unable to provide refunds for purchases made to the Mac App Store, but we do have a 30-day guarantee for products purchased directly from our site. Of course, we'd prefer to help fix any trouble that you might be having with 1Password right now, but you can send us your purchase information (I did a quick look in our back office records for any licenses attached to the email address you have listed in your forum account, but could find no matches) we'll take care of you.
