Could not find 1 Password information on iCloud [Resolved]

Have a new iMac retina. Installed 1 password from my Purchases on the App list. 1 Password is locked because I can't get by the initial screen. It can find nothing in the Cloud. Dropbox won't open Another device finds nothing on my old iMac because it's not updated - it's dying.

Can anyone help me?

In order to get this sorted out, I'll need to know a little bit more about your 1Password ecosystem:

• What are the version numbers of 1Password and your operating system for all computers and devices running 1Password?
• Have you upgraded to iCloud Drive and are you logged in with the same iCloud account on all devices?

The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get you sorted out! :)
