Unable to Back Up - 1 pass 5

Hi,

Just switched to 1pass 5, and love the new UI! Question: I get notifications that says "unable to back up" that I never did in 1pass 4 and 3. Can you help me resolve?

    Yes, we can help you with this. This is difficult to resolve without seeing the errors from OS X to figure out why it can't backup. It sounds like a permission issue.

    To help you fix this, can you email us your diagnostic report to support+forum@agilebits.com with a link to this thread and also, please include your forum username.
