differences 1password mac & iOS
Quite awhile ago I purchased 1password For Mac thru the Agilebits site (pre-app store). I have the most curent version available. I have the current iOS version from iOS app store on my iPad and iPhone, and am running the current version of Yosemite. I purchased the Pro package as well.
I did a lot of 1Password cleanup on my Mac, deleting numerous old logins and moving many items out of folders. None of these changes appear on my iPad or iPhone. I'm still syncing with the same Dropbox account.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it because the Mac version is from Agilebits website? Suggestions how to fix?
Thanks for any help.

I'm having the same problem. My Mac (running Yosemite, 1Password 5.0.2, and Dropbox 2.10.41) is syncing with Dropbox. But my iPhone 5s (running iOS 8.1, 1Password 5.1.1, & Dropbox 3.5.1) is NOT syncing. Even if I attempt to manually sync, it immediately returns, doesn't show any indication of syncing, and says that it hasn't sync'ed for 12 days. Powercycling the phone doesn't fix the issue... it's just not working anymore. :(

Hi folks,
Is it because the Mac version is from Agilebits website?
No. Only iCloud is affected by where you've purchased from. Dropbox is unaffected.
We are aware of a bug that can in some cases cause Dropbox to silently stop syncing. We're working on fixing the bug, but in the mean time, please try turning sync off both on your Mac and iOS device(s) and then turn it back on, re-setting up Dropbox sync.
Thanks!

I was able to fix this on my iPad, although when I sync, it does this sort of stuttering thing on the synce page, even sync finishes. The "Last Sync" box shows how long ago it synced, but the box below w/Items, keeps jumping up and down; don't know what that's about but as long as it's syncing I can deal with it.
My iPhone is another story. No matter what I do, I can't disconnect it from my dropbox account. When I do turn off syncing and then go back to turn it on, it always shows iCloud sync, which I don't use. When I try to set up the Dropbox sync again, it shows Vault Mismatch and when I choose More Info, it shows big discrepancies between My Vault and the Dropbox Vault. I don't want to merge them as I don't want to mess w/what's really in Dropbox Vault, which probably mess up 1Password on my Mac & iPad. Whatever it "thinks" it's doing w/the Dropbox vault shows way more items than are in there and on my Mac.
Help!
Thank you.

I had this same problem. The way that I resolved it was by backing up the data from my iPhone:
Then uninstall and reinstall the iOS app from the iPhone.
Please let me know how that turns out.

OK, I made the backup, it's stored on my Mac. I uninstalled 1Password from my iPhone. When I went to reinstall it, I remembered that I'd bought 1Password pre-App store; I bought it directly from the Agilebits website. How do I install/download 1Password again? I really don't want to buy it again, particularly since I just paid for the upgrade.

Please let me clarify what I said above, I'm sorry that I was a bit confused. It was the Mac version purchased pre-app store. But, if I search the iOS app store via iTunes and look for previous purchases, for some reason 1Password doesn't appear, so I can't redownload it. It does show up as available for redownload via the App store on my devices. I think, somehow, it's finally working on my ipad mini but still not my iphone or ipad 2.

Hi @srlanza
Please see this guide:
Note that the 1Password app itself is a free download... It is the Pro features that have an in-app purchase. To access those again you'll need to be signed into the same Apple ID as you originally purchased them on (if you had).

It finally works. I was trying to redownload from the iTunes app store using my Mac. For some reason accessing the iTunes app store from my Mac doesn't show 1Password as having been purchased, so I couldn't download it again. But, accessing the App store via my devices did show it as available for download, which I did on all devices. All devices finally synced perfectly and yes, I had already purchased the Pro features, which each device showed.
Thank you so much for all your help. Changes in operating systems - iOS or OS X - can always cause weird and unexplainable things to happen. I'm back to loving 1Password!
