Sorry to post here but I am not certain where else to contact you. I emailed you on 10/22 regarding a webstore purchase of 1Password 5 for mac only to find it did not include icloud functionality. I have not heard back from you to this point. Please let me know the status of this request.

    AgileBits have been getting so many queries recently, due to the new versions, that they are quite slow in responding to emails at the moment.

    Since you purchased so recently, you are entitled to a refund, and will definitely get it

    Someone from AgileBits should be along in the forum soon to give a more precise response.
