Safari not 'remembering' extension

I can install the 1P 5 extension (via 1P settings) in Safari and it works, but as soon as I close Safari it is missing when I launch it again. Yosemite and 1P version 5.

    @k_p_w‌ I could see how that would be very annoying. Out of curiosity, do you run any other extensions in Safari and do they exhibit the same behaviour? If you aren't running any other extensions it might prove useful to try another and see if it does the same.

    If it seems to be all extensions then off the top of my head the first thing I'd suggest is running Disk Utility (it's in Applications/Utilities) and the Repair Disk Permissions option when you select your drive in the left-hand list. Follow that up with a reboot. If that doesn't help it might suggest something in Safari's preferences is corrupted but if you try that first and then report back.
