    I have purchased my 1password versions from Apple Store however my Mac and iPhones still doesn't sync. My Mac and iPhone are running the latest OSX and IOS versions from Apple. Latest versions of 1Password as well. The IOS version does crash very often. I'm not able to create a new secure note on my iPhone.

    Hi @Nightscope,

    I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing your 1Password data. Can you please let us know what sync method you're trying to use - iCloud, Dropbox, or Wi-Fi? Also, it sounds like you're using 1Password 5 for Mac on OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) and 1Password 5 for iOS on iOS 8, but can you please confirm that? Finally, please check the sync settings in 1Password on your Mac and iOS devices - is the sync set up on each one?

    As for the problem with Secure Notes, our developers are aware of this issue and are working to fix it (I don't know when the fix will be available). I apologize for the inconvenience!
