    I would try dragging the app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool) then re-downloading and re-installing.

    @VictorZhang‌ Stephen_C's suggestion should get you back on track. You've been unlucky and something has become corrupted but thanks to how macs work the remedy is pretty painless. Hopefully you'll be posting to say it's all good but if not somebody will be here to help.
