This is second occurrence where a random tag is added to a new item. Bug fix?

    As @Stephen_C suggests, we'll need a few more details here to track this issue down. In addition to your operating system and 1Password version numbers, please let us know the steps that you are taking that leads to this bug. The more detail you are able to provide, the more likely we'll be able to reproduce the issue here, and that's the first step to getting bugs squashed. :)
