Free upgrade from 1Password4 to 1Password 5 not working

I bought my 1P4 for Mac license in July this year. In your blog: https://blog.agilebits.com/2014/10/17/1password-5-for-mac-is-here/ you say that the upgrade from 4 to 5 will be free. If I go to the upgrade page at: https://agilebits.com/store/upgrade?product_id=108 and enter my license I only get paid upgrade offers.

How do I get a free license for 1P5?

    Hi @hans_d‌ I don't think you need a licence specific to 1Password 5, are you saying your 1Password 4 licence isn't working?

    I'm having the same issue. I resent my license through the support page and have my receipt from my 1P4, but it's still saying I need to pay to upgrade.

    Hi folks,

    You can use your 1Password 4 license for 1Password 5. There is no need to upgrade. If you are having difficulty adding your v4 license to v5 please take a screenshot of the message you receive. :)

    After rebooting, the error seems to have disappeared. Not quite sure why it was locked in demo mode earlier, but glad it remedied itself.
