Code signature could not be verified
Opera Developer on OS X 10.10 Yosemite
The Opera plugin has been installed and so has the 1Password helper.
When entering my login information (say on Facebook) manually, 1Password asks to save the information as expected.
However, when trying to use 1Password to log in, it tells me the code signature could not be verified.
So I turned the verification process off. But it seems it hasn't actually turned off, as the issue persists.
The following article did not help:

Are you using the Mac App Store or our direct web store version of 1Password 5 for Mac?
If you are using the latter, please update to beta build (Preferences > Updates and check "Enable beta builds"). We had a bug with the "Verify browser code signature" option which has been fixed in the latest beta. If you are using the Mac App Store you need to wait for the next update.
I hope that this helps
Cheers!
