iPhone 5s not syncing with Dropbox after iOS 8, Yosemite, and 1Password5 updates
After upgrading, my iPhone no longer syncs through Dropbox. I have checked to make sure it is looking at the same file in Dropbox as the rest of my devices and it is. It reports that is has successfully synced, but numerous accounts and passwords that are present on my iMac, MacBook, and iPad are not there. All of those devices sync correctly. All settings are unchanged on the iPhone.

Hi @StevenB,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with Dropbox sync! To make sure I understand, if you make a change to 1Password on your iMac, MacBook, or iPad, does that change sync to those devices, but not to your iPhone?
If the only one not syncing correctly is the iPhone, please open 1Password on the iPhone and go to Settings > Sync. What does it show next to Last Sync? What happens if you tap Sync Now?

The only device not syncing is the iPhone. Last Sync shows a few seconds to a few minutes, Tapping Sync Now causes Last Sync to show "in Progress" for about 10 seconds and then starts counting up again. The Dropbox file indicated on the Sync page is the same one being used by the other devices.

When I change something on any of the other devices, it gets everywhere except the iPhone. When I change something on the iPhone, it doesn't get anywhere.

@StevenB, thanks for the information. Please try these steps to see if they help:
First, make sure you have all your 1Password data synced/backed up somewhere other than your iPhone. If you have info in 1Password on your iPhone that hasn't synced to your iPad or Macs, make sure you save a backup to one of your Macs by following the steps here: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios/5/en/topic/itunes-backups
Next, open 1Password and go to Settings.
- Scroll down and go to Advanced.
- Tap Erase Data and Settings, then confirm you want to do that.
- When you see the message confirming the data is deleted, tap Quit.
Restart your iPhone (hold down the power button for a few seconds and "slide to power off", then turn it back on again).
Reopen 1Password and choose Sync existing vault.
- Choose Sync with Dropbox and follow any additional steps to complete the setup.
Once the setup and sync are complete, check to make sure your data is there. Does it have the new data from your Macs/iPad?

Done. Still no joy. Double checked other devices and they are using the same dropbox file. They sync as expected.

@StevenB, if you followed those steps but 1Password on your iPhone still doesn't have the updated info from your Macs and iPad, and if you're sure they're all syncing with the same keychain file in Dropbox, it's possible you're using two separate Dropbox accounts. Please follow these steps to check that:
On one of your Macs:
- Click the Dropbox icon in your menu bar in the top right of the screen.
- Click the Gear icon in the drop down and choose Preferences.
- Click on Account and take note of the email address being used.
On your iPhone:
- Open the Dropbox app and then tap the Settings option.
- Check the email address shown at the top of the Settings screen.
Are the email addresses the same or different?

I got it working and forgot to reply here. I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it. All good now.
