New Phone, please help

Hello, I was running the 3.7 version of 1Password on my Iphone 5. I backed up my old phone to the cloud and to itunes. I restored my new phone from the cloud and none of the passwords are on the app.

Would the Itunes backup contain the passwords for the app?

    Hi @KarenI39,

    If you're restoring from iCloud, it might take a while for the data to show up because iCloud might still be restoring your data. You should wait a few hours and restart 1Password, see if the data shows up. If not, did you do a backup of your 1Password data inside 1Password instead of using iTunes or iCloud?

    If you didn't create a backup in 1Password, do you have the 1Password app with data on your computer? If not, I'd suggest rebooting your iOS device once more and if that doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes instead.
