How To Manually Save a Login

I have several websites where I need to manually save a log-in. The user guide process doesn't work it must be for a previous version. Im using 1Password 5 for Mac with a safari Browser.

    The steps should be identical for versions 4 and 5. If you have trouble with that, please let us know exactly what happens. Thanks!
