Yes there are many ways, I gave you two solutions:
1. You can add separate free Mac store version that would work with existing license info.
2. You can drop price to 1$ for a one day and notify existing customers.

This is not even about 35$, it is about you making existing customers feel screwed over.

    Hi @sasoon,

It's not possible for us to transfer your purchase from our store to the Mac App Store, unfortunately.

You can add separate free Mac store version that would work with existing license info.

Multiple versions of 1Password in the Mac App Store would cause confusion for our users (and possibly some other technical issues as well). More importantly, this would almost certainly be against the Mac App Store guidelines:

    • 2.19 Apps that require license keys or implement their own copy protection will be rejected
    • 2.20 Apps that present a license screen at launch will be rejected
    • 7.2 Apps utilizing a system other than the In App Purchase API (IAP) to purchase content, functionality, or services in an App will be rejected

You can drop price to 1$ for a one day and notify existing customers.

Unfortunately, this also is not a viable solution. It's very difficult for us to notify all of our customers, and even if we could, many would likely miss a one-day sale anyway. In addition, this would allow any users to purchase 1Password for $1, not just users who own the web store version.

Again, I'm sorry we don’t have a better migration path for you.

If you have any other questions, please send us an email.
