Constant crash when filling identities, iOS 5.1.1

Trying to fill address from identities at twelvesouth.com, 1pass browser crashes every time. Just noticed this morning.

    @clover5 still no luck here finding the crash report. Mike seems to be a popular name ;) Could you tell me which iPad version it and if it is a wifi only device so I can narrow down the crash reports? Thanks!
