    I have some problem here, 1password wants to sync with my old data found on iCloud but cannot unlock and merge. Please advise how we can remove old data from iCloud and start from scratch. Same 1password from App store. Thanks a lot

    Hi @Acalex‌ I've split your comment from the other thread, trust me, you don't have the same issue as that other user :smile:

    If you're running 1Password 5 from the MAS I would suggest disabling iCloud sync if it's enabled on all devices and then in 1Password on your Mac you want to navigate the drop down menus as follows. Help : Troubleshooting and the select the Reset iCloud Data option. A confirmation window will pop up asking if you're sure you want to delete the iCloud data. After that you should be able to re-enable iCloud syncing and it will create a new sync repository for you.
