Entries appear to be blank

  • tried reinstalling and re-sync
  • Happens on iOS 1password but appears normal on Mac 1password
  • 1Password version: 5.1.1
  • iOS 8.1

    Hi @Mooo3721‌

    Does this occur if your iOS language is set to English?

    If it still does, please try locking the app via Settings > Security > Lock now. Then kill the app completely via the app switcher and restart it. You should be prompted to re-enter your Master Password. Please let us know how that turns out.

    what you mentioned didn't work. I tried to edit the entry and this happens: text re-appear when I select the field. If I delete the field, re-enter, and save the entry, it fixes the problem. But I just don't want to manually input all those entries again. Copy and paste an entry doesn't help too.

    Which suggestion of Ben didn't work, both switching to English and restarting 1Password?

    We're trying to reproduce the problem but we can't. We haven't seen other international users reporting this, so we need to figure out what makes your iOS device different.

    Can you tell me which regional locale you're using on your iPhone?
