Difficulty logging into websites

Maybe it's just my inability to use this program, but about half of the websites I try to use it with have problems. On one financial site, no matter what I do I can't get rid of the personal questions between the user name and password. So, if my wife tries to log in to the site and doesn't know the answer to every question, she can't log in. Some sites log in the user name but not the password and vice versa. What can I do to straighten this out? I'm using Yosemite on an iMac that's less than a year old. Is anyone else having these headaches?

    I'm not sure if you mean to create a new thread but the other one already has a certain level of discussion going on. Multiple threads might end causing conflicting or a duplication of effort, so best to limit it to one thread for the moment.
