Dark mode coloring/transparency for 1Password mini

There seems to be an inconsistency with the menubar highlighting and drop down transparency when using Dark Mode in Yosemite. The menubar highlight color doesn't match the system's color (a darker blue) and transparency is lost when the menu drops down over an open application window. Comparison screenshots attached.
