Installation problem with 5.02 [Resolved - download fresh copy]

I am running 5.01 under Yosemite, and cannot get the update to install. I download it, select update and relaunch, and it then demands my OS X password, I enter it, another dialog demands my password, then the app relaunches and it is still 5.01. Any ideas what's going on?

Please try this:
- Open 1Password.
- Click the 1Password menu, hold down the Control key, and select Quit 1Password and 1Password mini.
- Download a fresh copy of 1Password from our downloads page
- Drag this fresh copy into the /Applications folder and replace the existing version
- Restart the Mac.
- Relaunch 1Password.
