Lost half of my passwords...HELP!

Hello everyone, so I"ve got quite a big problem. I've been using 1Password on my iPhone 6 since I've got it, and I"ve been loving it. Last week I went ahead and redid all of my passwords to be super secure, and super long using your app, and now half of them are missing! Thankfully I didn't get rid of my old school paper sheet that I still have lying around, but all the information on it is now outdated.

I really need to recover all of my passwords.

I am using the most recent app for iOS, I am syncing to my dropbox account, and I am using 1Password 4 on my Mac. I am currently at work and do not have access to my Mac

Please help!

Looks like I was hit by the iOS bug...since everything was local, and syncing was disabled...i'm SCREWED it seems....
