iPhone nor Synching with Dropbox. [Fixed by disabling sync and re-enabling the sync with Dropbox]
I use 1Password 4.4.3 on a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9.5, and the latest version (5.1.2) of 1Password for iOS on an iPad and iPhone, both using iOS 8.1. Synching is via iCloud. Synch works on the iPad but not on my iPhone. The synch settings are correct and previously synching was not a problem.
I have sent in a diagnostic report.

Hi @tbux,
Thanks for taking the time to write in here, and for including your version numbers in the original post - that gives me a reasonable idea of where things might be getting tangled up. Your title though mentions Dropbox, so I am slightly confused.
If you are attempting to sync your 1Password data via iCloud:
Apple has made some big changes to iCloud between iOS 7/Mavericks and iOS 8/Yosemite, so if you are still using OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) on your MacBook Pro and have updated to iOS 8 on your iOS devices, you will not be able to sync using iCloud. (Please note that for iCloud sync to work in Yosemite, you will need to be using the version of 1Password 5 purchased directly from the Mac App Store.)
If you are syncing with Dropbox:
I've got a few basic things that we want to check regarding Dropbox first, before we get into the serious troubleshooting:
- Please ensure that Dropbox is installed and running on your computer
- Check that you are logged in with the same account on all computers and devices
- Confirm that Dropbox sync is selected in 1Password > Preferences > Sync on your Mac
- Confirm that Dropbox is selected in Settings > Sync on your iOS device
If all of those items check out, let's run a test and see where things are getting tripped up:
- Create a test entry on your Mac ("Test, Mac") and add some data
- Create a test entry on each of your iOS devices ("Test, iPhone/iPad") and add some data
- Does "Test for Mac" show up on either of your iOS devices?
- Does "Test for iPhone" and/or "Test for iPad" show up on your Mac?
- Log in to the Dropbox website and click on the 1Password.html file inside your 1Password.agilekeychain folder
- Enter your Master Password
- Do either or any of your test entries show up in your database here?
Please let me know the results of this little experiment - once we have a better idea of where things are going sideways, we should be able to get this straightened out simply for you :)

Sorry about the incorrect post, synching is with Dropbox.
After I posted the problem, I disabled Dropbox sync on my iPhone and then re-enabled it. This seems to have fixed it. Subsequently I performed all the steps indicated by you and and everything checked out.
Do you have any idea what could've caused the problem?
Thanks for your prompt and detailed response, which I am saving for future troubleshooting.

Hi @tbux,
If this started before the 5.1.2 update for 1Password on your iPhone, it was caused by a bug in our background app refresh code. If Dropbox didn't sync properly in the background, it disabled the sync (correctly) without telling anybody (incorrectly), so it looked like it was still syncing without any errors.
We fixed this in the 5.1.2 update to let you know it was disabled due to a sync issue and you need to re-enable it in 1Password's Settings > Sync to resume the sync.
