Cannot Retrieve my 1Password for Mac Family License

I have purchased a 1Password 4 for Mac, Family License on April 16th 2014, and tried to reinstall 1password after formatting my computer. unfortunately i cant retrieve my license using my email address... any way you could help? I have already opened 3 tickets through your contact form and havent received a reply in the last 3 weeks.

I have the paypal receipt though... Does that help?
