1) How can I get my own Customer Center PW, rather than the gobbledgook the site wants to provide as a PW?
2) I store SW license codes inside 1Password. How do I get the V5 license rather than the email link?

    Hi @RickCunn‌

    While you can reset your Customer Centre password it isn't possible to set it to something specific. Thankfully though this is exactly what you have 1Password for, to store passwords so obnoxious that typing, let alone remembering them isn't practical. As for the licence query, does the link not result in a licence file being downloaded to your Downloads folder? We changed how licences worked when re-writing 1Password 4 and instead of a code you typed or copied in like 1Password 3 you applied a file. In those instances I create the Software Licence entry and then simply attach the file to it instead. If I'm missing the step that you're having trouble with I do apologise and if you reply here I'll correct that.
