What's happened to your (once) great program
I used to love one PW...
Since upgrading to OSX 10.9.5, I hate one password
What has happened?
Passwords all over the place.
Inaccurate form fill
And were is the password generator "history" so I can go back find a pw that has been automatically made (if the save function doesn't work)
..which it just didn't for ebay
OMG..
What has happened guys?
The new version is a disaster!

People do seem to be managing with the new version generally and many of us like it. I'm sorry you're having problems. I can certainly answer your precise question:
were is the password generator "history"
Any passwords you generate in 1P which are not linked to a specifically saved login are saved in the Passwords category so it's probably helpful to look there.
I'm not at all sure what you mean by:
Passwords all over the place
If you'd like to elaborate a little I'm sure someone here will help bring more than a mere semblance of order. :)
As to inaccurate form fill please tell us what the exact problem is, whether if affects all sites or only some and if only some which ones are the problem.
The more specific information you give the more helpful responses you will receive.
