How to get bundle price if I already purchased Mac license before

I purchased 1Password license for my Mac before but now I also want to buy it for my windows machine. I saw on the website it offers bundle price for both Mac and Windows for $48.99. Since I already paid $34.99 for my Mac license, is there any way I can just upgrade to bundle license by paying the difference?
