1password not working

Confused. When I open 1password now and click on my various bank acts, etc., nothing happens. Any ideas why this is happening? I have upgraded to 5 and Yosemite. thx

    I'm sorry to hear about that. Something doesn't sound good there. When you say that nothing happens... do you mean that the details pane doesn't get populated with information? Are you using the main app, the mini, or the browser extensions? What exactly are you clicking on? If you could elaborate on exactly what you're experiencing, we'll have a better idea of where to start looking for possible reasons for why this could be happening.
