Missing data when syncing
I have been using 1password on my iPhone 5 for a little while with no issues so decided to install it in Win 7 and sync with DropBox. I also have just acquired a Win 8.1 smartphone. I set up a DropBox folder with the iPhone first and then Win 7 on my PC. Syncing seemed OK but I have discovered that the login passwords and usernames have not been imported to the PC. Items entered on the PC are not syncing back to the iPhone except in rare instances. To make life more interesting all the items added to 1password on the PC appear on the windows phone but with absolutely no data. All items from the iPhone appear to have synced correctly to the Win 8.1 phone.
I have purchased and entered the licence but the program still displays 1Password trial in the top left corner. If I attempt to re-enter I am informed the software is already registered.

What version of 1Password for iOS do you have installed?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with 1Password. To get a better idea of where things are getting tangled up, I'd like to take a closer look at your system.
I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
