Chrome Extension

My computer is a Macbook. The extension of Chrome is not able to be downloaded, but extensions for other browsers can be downloaded. It shows "There was an error installing the Chrome extension. Please try again or contact us for assistance." So I am here to contact you. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

    What version of 1Password do you currently have installed, and what version of Chrome? Also: what version of OS X?
