I have been using 1password for a long time with no problem. I have upgraded to 5.0.2 and running OS X Yosemite. I can access all functions from the bar the top of Safari (mini button). I now need to add a secure note and if I run the 1password app it comes up in the welcome to 1 password screen window and I can't access anything else. there is no sidebar etc.
I tried to get to agile bits support through my browser but no luck.

    Can I ask, did you originally purchase 1Password from Apple's Mac App Store by any chance and maybe download 1Password 5 direct from our site?

    I show on app store1Password 5.0.2 as installed on 11/14

    Hi @frankfa‌

    Here's what I'd like to try please.

    1. Open 1Password and then quit it using ⌃⌘Q to quit both 1Password and 1Password mini.
    2. Drag the 1Password program to your Trash.
    3. With no copies of 1Password on your machine reboot it.
    4. Download 1Password via the App Store.

    If that doesn't resolve your issue then I'd like you to create a Diagnostic Report for us.

    I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
